Andrea Segre
(1976), founder of the ZaLab association, in 2003 presented Marghera Canale Nord at the Venice Film Festival. In 2007 he was at the Turin Film Festival with La Mal’ombra. He went on to direct Come un uomo sulla terra and Magari le cose cambiano, which won numerous prizes. He is currently developing his first fiction film, Shun Li and the Poet, the screenplay for which won the Best European Project Award at the 2008 Rome Film Festival and was selected at the Atelier of the 2009 Cannes Film Festival.
