Born in Padova in 1960, Bisatti got his degree from DAMS in Bologna. Since 1978 he has directed more than 25 videos and shorts and snce 1984 he has attended the Laboratory of Hypothesis Cinema at the Paolo Valmarana Institute, coordinated by Ermanno Olmi.
He has published collections of poems and is constantly devoted to teaching and research activities.
