Enzo Alovisi
Ezio Alovisi (Rome) has made numerous works for Istituto Luce that have won awards at festivals worldwide (Tempu senza affanni). For RAI he has worked as correspondent for cultural events in Eastern Europe. As a director-documentary filmmaker, for RAI he made the eight-part Maring, on the Papua tribe of New Guinea (screened at the Festival dei Popoli in Florence). For RAI 3 he made Suono Immagine, ten episodes dedicated to the sounds of cinema: a historical-critical work spanning from silent cinema to the 1980s. For RCA Italiana he directed the Eventi Convention Tournée as well as current music videos. He was artistic director of the Piccolo Festival di Positano and the Opera in Commedia at Rome’s Discoteca di Stato, for a reinterpretation of Baroque theatre.
